CANCELLATION
POLICY & LIABILITY
CULINARY ADVENTURES OF MEXICO reserves the right to cancel any tour for any reason. The refund of all payments received shall release CULINARY ADVENTURES OF MEXICO from any liability. The company is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by you in preparing to attend the tour, including hotels and airfare. You may cancel your reservation by sending a written notice. Cancellations after receipt of deposit and more than 60 days prior to the tour are subject to $100 per person administrative fee. Cancellations 30-60 days prior to the tour are subject to a $300 per person administrative fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of the tour. CULINARY ADVENTURES OF MEXICO reserves the right to make any itinerary changes whenever, in its sole judgment conditions warrant. The tour participant agrees that the tour operators will not be liable or responsible for injury, sickness, or damage to participants or their property while on the tour.
