San Miguel de Allende - Mexico CooksKris Rudolph, the owner of a super cafe specializing in Mexican and American cuisine in San Miguel for the past 17 years, has been teaching Mexican cooking and organizing culinary tours since 1996.

Before arriving in Mexico, she taught cooking at the University of Massachusetts, where she also obtained a Masters Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.
